What This Service Provides

This portal allows travelers to apply for an electronic visa (e-Visa) to enter the Republic of Liberia. The service includes:

• Online payment processing for visa fees

• Electronic visa delivery upon approval

Who Can Apply

To apply for a Liberian e-Visa through this portal, you must:

• Hold a valid passport from an eligible country
• Have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned stay
• Be traveling for tourism, business, or transit purposes
• Have access to a valid payment method (credit or debit card)
• Have a valid email address for receiving correspondence and your e-Visa

Applicants traveling for work, study, or other purposes may require a different visa type and should contact the nearest Liberian embassy or consulate.

How the Application Process Works

By submitting an application, you agree to the following:

Fees and Payment

The e-Visa application fee is $150.00 USD per applicant. This fee covers:

• Processing and review of your visa application
• Document verification
• Electronic visa issuance (if approved)

Important: The application fee is non-refundable once payment is completed and the application is submitted for processing. This applies regardless of whether the visa is approved, denied, or if you choose not to travel. Fees will not be refunded for incomplete applications that are not submitted.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

Visa Validity and Conditions

If your e-Visa is approved:

• The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue
• You must enter Liberia within this validity period
• The visa permits a single entry
• Maximum stay is 30 days from the date of entry
• The visa is not transferable and cannot be extended through this portal

Extensions of stay must be requested through the Liberia Immigration Service after arrival in Liberia. Overstaying your visa may result in fines, detention, or future visa restrictions.

Your Responsibilities

As an applicant, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information submitted is accurate and current
• Providing a valid email address and checking it regularly for updates
• Responding to any requests for additional information within the specified timeframe
• Printing and carrying your e-Visa when traveling to Liberia
• Complying with all Liberian laws and immigration requirements during your stay
• Departing Liberia before your authorized stay expires

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for travel bookings or arrangements affected by visa decisions
• We are not liable for delays in processing caused by incomplete applications or high volume
• Visa approval is at the discretion of Liberian immigration authorities

We recommend purchasing travel insurance and making refundable travel arrangements until your visa is approved.
